Saturday Testimonies

Look what the Lord has done this past week:

"My sister encouraged me to go to a quiet place to pray. I went to a bluff overlooking the ocean, the place of my first kiss with my husband. I prayed and read but felt dry. I asked God for a word and dozed off. I happened to glance to the right and there was a public notice about work being done in the area. The three words that stood out were ‘Restoration in Progress.’ I couldn't believe my eyes. Our God is faithful in the midst of our seeing no evidence He is at work in the restoration." (California)

"It has been a few years since we divorced, but my spouse is home again. I continued to pray and read Charlyne Cares daily. Just like Bob and Charlyne said, it is just the beginning." (Illinois)

"Our Lord has provided for me, upheld me and blessed me immeasurably more than I could have asked or imagined. I give God all the glory for what He has done and is continuing to do. Thank You, Lord." (United Kingdom)

"I was awakened in the middle of the night by a text message from my prodigal, who rarely communicates and lives in another city. He said he could not fall asleep without telling me that he loves me and hoped I was doing okay. I rejoiced to the Lord, who continues to do great things and reminded me through our one flesh covenant, I am in my prodigal’s heart as much as he is in mine, no matter how far he goes." (Texas)

"Yesterday was my anniversary and instead of crying in my car at lunch, God sent a lady friend to pray with me during lunch. Thank You Father." (California)

"My husband has been coming over occasionally and doing painting and other things around the house. My parents passed while he was away and we didn't have children. I have nephews who are like children to me and my husband went to the town where they lived. He called one of them and they had a nice visit." (North Carolina)

"The enemy raged a great attack on me a few days ago. I questioned what I have heard from God to stand for my marriage. I've been praying non-stop for God to show me that I am in His will and not my own. I got signs over the past few days but still doubted them. I kept asking myself if this is what God wants, or just what I want. I asked God to show me an unmistakable sign that would let me know I had heard from Him and I was in His will. Then I opened today’s Charlyne Cares titled, “When God Speaks.” Our God is a mighty God and what a joy it is to serve Him." (Connecticut)

"My husband has been home for many months now, praise the Lord. Satan has stolen so much from us but God is restoring. One area that the devil fought us, even before our separation, is in having no children. I have had several miscarriages and a series of sicknesses. Through your ministry I have kept on learning what it means to stand and just as I stood while separated, I am still standing for my husband. "I felt led from the Lord to write my dear husband to let him know that I am praying for him and that even though he says that he doesn't love me that I still love him. He emailed me back thanking me for my prayers. I was so ecstatic I started dancing." (Florida)

"Praise the Lord Jesus. I recently answered my Masters' level exams, and had no hope in passing because I had already failed the assignment part of the module. The devil attacked me constantly during my study period by putting negative thoughts in my mind and by using my husband to distract me by saying that he has decided to go with the other woman. I prayed to Jesus. I told the Lord that I was putting my exams in His hands. Jesus gave me a miracle. I not only passed in that module, but actually got a first class mark. I know He will also restore my marriage." (United Kingdom)

"Our divorce was final on my husband's birthday. Two days before, I prayed and sent him a birthday card. It is a miracle that I am not falling apart and standing strong in faith. God has given me so many promises that our marriage will be healed. I am to wait on the Lord for Him to work." (Kentucky)

"The LORD is far from the wicked but he hears the prayer of the righteous. A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones." Proverbs 15:29-30
